I was very happy to attend the Industrial Conference on Data Mining (ICDM) for the first time in 2013 to present my paper.
There are many conferences on data mining but the Industrial Conference on Data Mining is unique because it is proud to focus on industrial applications of data mining methods.
For this reason it stands out from the crowd and addresses a very important segment in the whole spectrum of data mining research.
I am full of admiration to Prof. Petra Perner for her persistent dedication to the organization of the conference series.
I wish Prof. Petra Perner to stay the course and continue the successful tradition of previous editions.
I would be very happy to experience the very special atmosphere of ICDM once again in the following editions.
